Having
dried and framed bouquets for hundreds of brides over the
past 9 years, EB really knows her stuff.
While working with her brides, EB uncovered a sad fact: many brides decide not to preserve their bouquets. Between the expense involved in having a professional dry their flowers and the inconvenience and worry of shipping their bouquets, many brides simply gave up and forever lost this meaningful and beautiful symbol of their wedding day.
That got EB thinking. She realized that the main reason that floral preservation is so costly is that the process is quite labor-intensive and time consuming. It requires drying the flowers plus time reconstructing the bouquet and framing it. On top of the labor, the bride is also paying for the professionals’ knowledge and experience.
EB thought there must be a way to teach brides to do it themselves. The result was an easy to use, 6-step guide that takes the bride through the entire preservation process from beginning to end…all in a simplified, understandable way!
And if the testimonials are any indication, the book is as fun and easy to use as EB hoped it would be!
(EB is Ellen Bowman, who in addition to her bridal experience, has also sold her dried arrangements at art shows and craft fairs all across New York State. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in Art Education and has taught art in public and private schools for many years.)
